Security forces paid off three of the Syrian regime mercenaries (two attorneys : Omar Tobia and Nihad Badr Daghir; and the third Bassam Ali) in an unprecedented action, filed a law suit case in court against Mohammed Najati Tayara who is been in police custody since May 12, 2011. The sentence of this law suit, if won in court, could be execution. The prosecutors built their case on the basis that “There is a conspiracy that is being framed against Syria security, it’s sovereignty, struggle and patriotic unity” and “whoever contribute to this conspiracy is a person that must get some help and proper education if he was ignorant, however, if continued with his actions the he is considered to be suspicious and a threat according to prosecutors’ resources in one of the security branches. The claim also presumed that Mr. Najati Tayara has committed crimes in calling Syrians to demonstrate, false intimidations and talking to enemies’ media that are involved in that conspiracy against Syria. Again, the maximum sentence in this new claim could be execution, has been merged by the attorney general with the previous claim against Mr. Tayara who is still under arrest in an inhumane underground prisons in Homs along with hundred others that joined recent demonstrations.
